My copy turned up last night, and I have just completed the online assessment, so here, hot off the press are my top five strengths:
Having completed the assessment, I now have a personalised “Strengths Insight and Action-Planning Guide”, which makes for a fascinating, and somewhat surreal read. How can it “know” so much about me from a series of simple questions!
I now have to spend some time to work through the selection of actions that I can begin to implement for each strength.
I’ll try to share some of my thoughts and observations as I absorb things, and begin to look at the actions.
Though I can already see this is going to be quite possibly the most interesting and useful self-learning exercise that I have had the opportunity to undertake.
