A selection of 90s Britpop gig tickets on top of a table

We’re back in the 90’s

Baggy jeans, Doc Martens, Oasis headlining.

And, Lotus Notes.

Errr, almost…

But another throwback has resurfaced.

Way back in the very early 2000s, I was learning my trade, developing on Lotus Notes. We were automating business processes. “Agents” were quiet workhorses running in the background.

Fast forward 20 years and a few, we’re automating the same business processes. And back talking about agents.

Only now, they’re more capable, and changing how we get work done.

I’ve been quiet here for a good while, bar a few recent profile updates on the quiet.

Since January, I’ve been head down, building something new.

Together with my friend and co-founder Ben, we’ve started Askara Solutions.

We’ve kept ourselves under the radar. Doing, undoing. Learning, unlearning. Thinking, rethinking.

Everything — the why, the what, the how, the when. From tools, to culture to equity.

Plenty more to share, but for now I’m excited….

Agents are back in fashion!

What’s your “best of the 90’s” that’s back?
