Fixing boring intranets – A reality check….?

Most internal comms teams expect employees to start their day by opening the intranet.

Most HR teams expect the intranet to be the single source of truth.

Most IT teams see the intranet as a solution looking for a problem, when we already have a tool for that! ?

Most employees see the intranet as a place of last resort.

Who’s right, who’s wrong?

For a long time, I thought these were simply unrealistic expectations, poles apart. Something we just had to deal with.

Some problems aren’t fixable, right?

Turns out, that’s not the case at all.

In this blog series, we’re going to look into four reasons why intranets are b?ring. 

And what we can do to begin fixing them.
