Going through a rough patch

It happens to all of us from time to time. Relationships suffer their ups and downs, their moments of frustration and happiness.

Well here at casa Scullion, we’ve been going through a bit of a rough patch. I seem to be in a bit of a rut, and that is having knock-on effects and taking its toll. I have also been very busy lately and haven’t been able to dedicate enough time, and to be honest, haven’t felt much of a need to either.

This cannot continue, its a road to separation. We must work this out somehow!

Hey, wait a minute, I think you’re getting the wrong end of the stick!! Things on the wife front are fine and dandy, thanks!! No, the strained relationship is that with my blog!

You see, I have been rather absent here for a while now, and my blog hasn’t had much love. Time to change that, and mix up those boring link and tweet posts with some other equally boring content! πŸ˜‰

Don’t give up on the blog Simon, your posting on Ubuntu has helped turn from the Windows dark side to Linux on my home machine. I was aiming for Ubuntu, but the spec of the machine is such that it wasn’t feasible, so ended with Puppy which is a revelation after WinMe.

    Cheers

I’m going through the same rough patch with my blog, hopefully the vacation coming next Monday will give me a fresh start.

@Grant, thanks for the motivating words, Ubuntu is certainly one thing I want to talk more about.

@Vitor, all two of you! πŸ˜‰ Funny how we started at a similar time and for similar reasons if I remember correctly, and now, similar rut!! πŸ˜€ Enjoy the break, look forward to hearing about it!
